Protecting and respecting Patients’ Rights is a key priority of the Bank of Cyprus Oncology Centre.
In accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation on the safeguarding and protection of patients’ rights, a Patients’ Rights Officer has been appointed at the Centre.
The Patients’ Rights Officer aims to promote and safeguard patients’ rights and can provide information and guidance on matters concerning their rights during the provision of healthcare services.
If you believe that any of your rights has been violated or has not been adequately safeguarded, you may submit a complaint, express your concerns, or request further information and guidance by contacting the:

Complaints may be submitted either verbally or in writing.
For a complaint to be submitted in writing, it must be submitted in Greek or English, either by hand or by email, by completing the Complaint Report Form.
All complaints will be handled equally and impartially.
Please note that, to enable the effective investigation of a complaint, it is necessary to include the details of the patient and/or the person submitting it, as well as all required information specified in the relevant form.
